Honestly, I used to do a lot of cart wheels as a boy, because fun. Now my shoulders and back say ‘uh, sir, you’re like 200 lbs, gtfo’
I still cartwheel. One trick pony in that way, I can only do the cartwheel. When kids are doing them I will casually throw one and it always amuses them. I’m near 60.
