Intrusive thoughts are absolutely normal. If you’re literally hearing audio, then yeah that’s a medical thing to look into. But if you’re just getting “bad” ideas, that’s not necessarily a problem unless it becomes so frequent that you think it’s a problem. A lot of mental health is like that. I.e. if it starts to bother you, it’s worth working on.
