Ya estas muerto, amigo.
NANI?!
QUE?!?!?
I saaid,「Watakushi wa Shibō de gozaru。」
The regionalism is starting to take root in me, I feel this would be better as
Ya estas muerto, che
Unfortunately in the back of my mind, I know there’s a more rioplatense way of saying dead, but I can’t think of it
You caught my Google translate. Either way, I thought adding “amigo” makes it more obvious that it’s Spanish for non-speakers.
the translation is fine , and feels mexican. I’m just somewhere else.
let’s add more honorifics to that title,
Sir Señor Pan Armando-san
One of the Seven Amigos.
The circle of life.
Isn’t there a meme out there about samurai, coca cola, the Mexican revolution, and something else all existing at the same time? The first Dracula novel maybe? I tried finding it and couldn’t. But this made me think of that.
Share it if you find it
I have this one to add:

I think this is what I was thinking of but it doesn’t actually involve Mexico, I mixed that up with an unrelated bit of history from around the same time

Amazing
They could have briefly sent a fax to a Samurai, in theory. Technically not one in Japan since no cables, but a Japanese embassy in the UK (as in a group of people rather than a building) could have sent a commercial fax.
Ngl that outfit goes hard
Sort of like this one:

(He is wielding a katana but I couldnt find a good picture of both)
That is his second best outfit worn on screen, second only to Zardoz.
Ahh, is that the original Highlander movie?
Yup
God. What a disappointingly bad movie.
I remembered it being super cool from my childhood, but went back to rewatch it a couple years ago and ho-ly shit what a fucking bad movie. The friends that I watched it with all had basically the same take, too. We were all dumbfounded by how shockingly bad it was. I’ll give it another shot, because I think it falls under dark-fantasy and I’m trying to prepare for a con later this summer, and maybe it was a bad version/cut, but… wow.
Maybe the series is/was better?
Had the ame experience.
Felt like a better B-movie or low A-grade.It was like disjointed and bizarre. Like it was leaning entirely on imagination to straight up fill in exposition and plot holes.
Gundama pailotu?!
