Right, it wasn’t the media harping on every single thing the Dem candidate did wrong while apologizing and making excuses for Trump at every turn. Going on and on about Biden’s age and then never bringing up age again once Biden dropped out of the race. No it’s all the Dems fault 🙄
So, if that’s why the democrats lost, and there’s nothing that can be done to address it without being Rupert Murdoch, then are the democrats just destined to lose forever?
I agree with what MisterScruffy said. There were things that actually were within the democrats control that they could have done differently that would have allowed them to win. Blaming external factors outside of anyone’s control that you have no solution for addressing is completely unproductive, and just an excuse.
The media is outside of my control but there are certainly people who are in control and I will put the blame on them that they will deserve. Bizarre take, dude.
Did you watch the first debate where Biden could hardly speak a sentence? They were right about Biden’s age. And they knew that Trump voters would never listen to them so what’s the point of going after him over and over?
At the end of the day the blame falls mostly on the campaign and on the party and they failed. They have to do better than this or they’ll fail again.
Biden is two years older than Trump. Trump is 20 years older than Harris. You are completely sidestepping the point made by the person you’re replying to.
I didn’t sidestep first of all “the media” did bring up trumps age I remember seeing it talked about. Also Biden’s age was a problem. Blaming this loss on the media is like blaming the refs when you lose a game. Yeah they might’ve been bad refs but it’s your job to win the game regardless. The way the media treats trump is not new and if the Dems didn’t take that into account that was their mistake

Cool, so what’s your plan for addressing bias in the media?
Wtf kind of dumbass question is that? Do you think I’m Rupert Murdoch?

So do you have a suggestion or just criticism?

At that point, why not just say, “Harris lost because Trump didn’t drop out of the race and endorse her?” Completely useless analysis.

Closer to blaming the commentator. Nevertheless, I still like this analogy.
