Yes. All public sector unions. There isn’t a true counter party in the public sector, the union is bargaining against the people. This leads to a perverse incentive where “management” essentially agrees to anything as there’s no benefit to disagree.
The management is government/parliament. Public sector jobs are much harder to negotiate anything because it tends to come with hard rules for every minute detail.

Teacher’s Unions aren’t perfect and there have been some valid complaints about them, but that’s basically every union. Honestly, my biggest complaint is that teachers have unions and they’re still not paid enough.
