    Yes. All public sector unions. There isn’t a true counter party in the public sector, the union is bargaining against the people. This leads to a perverse incentive where “management” essentially agrees to anything as there’s no benefit to disagree.

      The management is government/parliament. Public sector jobs are much harder to negotiate anything because it tends to come with hard rules for every minute detail.
