The US is not (thanks for the correction) an ICC signatory and is supposedly therefore not obligated to comply with Netanyahu’s arrest warrant and ship him to The Hague, but so the ICC can’t compel the US federal government to actually do anything about it.
As much as it is a crime drama meme, diplomatic immunity is still a thing and would preclude his arrest (be it for a local law or attempted compliance with the ICC warrant) as long as the fed asserts that he has diplomatic immunity.
So this is a situation where the only practical option available to try to hold him accountable is vigilantism.

Not anymore. Clinton signed the treaty but never submitted it for ratification, so the US technically was never part of the ICC, and Bush “un-signed” it, absolving the US of any responsibilities whatsoever.
