“The aristocracy” might also work
The aristocracy had a definitively feudal relation to production and largely do not exist today just as peasants largely do not exist today. Bourgeoisie does sound fancy which is why “owning class” is a decent substitute imo

They actually do yell at us for saying “Epstein class” by implying that we oppose Epstein because he was Jewish, instead of a serial pedophile, capitalist, and Zionist.
