  • Yes! Seriously if they don’t like it, just go somewhere else. Go live in your bunker, I don’t care just don’t come back complaining about it and don’t pretend like you can still own all the resources and land from down there.

There ability to skim money from those that actually do labor doesn’t seem like to matter to the farmers who need to grow food to sell it, and the people buying it will continue to do so. I don’t get how these skimmers/leeches think they are the beginning and end of all social contracts.

So do they also just enjoy jingling keys for 2 hours?

Like it’s not that hard. You enjoy it or you don’t and everyone has a criteria on what’s good or not.
Some people like to think about high concept stuff and a good movie gets their moral queries up.
Some like professionalism and it’s about shot compositions and good editing.
Some want jokes and as long as they laugh it’s good.
Some like Neil Breen stuff that’s none of the above.
Truly exceptional movies usually are able to satisfy multiple groups of people and also may get you interested in lines of thought or art that is in a different realm than your normal standard of quality.

Saying you turn off your brain and have no concept other than colors make time pass is beyond a lack of critical thought.

  • Martin’s trying guys, he’s trying. He can almost smell that 2028 victory, he just needs everyone to shut up until he can figure the 3 year plan out.

Blanco, a union activist and DNC vice-chair, said that under Martin, the DNC had been fighting hard against the budget bill.

“There_ are over 16,000 Democratic volunteers making phone calls across the country in targeted congressional districts about the GOP budget, and how it will be devastating to working people,” Blanco said

So how much you want to bet that it’s mostly just calls for donations in wealthy districts? Also I don’t know why but something about saying how it will be bad for “working” people, just rubs me the wrong way.
Don’t members of Congress work? Or do we just consider that being in the club and a step above us?

  • I fled from one parent before 18 and managed to basically force my estranged father into taking me in but the only reason I didn’t get kicked out at 18 by him was because I had 2 months of school left, was gone the second that wasn’t true anymore (both Gen X).

He recently lamented to me that I didn’t visit often after that and figures I must have hated living with him so much that I chose to avoid him.
God they are so fucking oblivious to how they make the world a miserable place.

He said he wanted to teach his new kid more resilience than me. God help them.

  • Yeah, that’s my go to for first aid. I actually Cary around saline solution though in my first aid kit for sterility and you just spray it on as needed to wash debris and particulates. People are already in enough pain don’t need to burst cell walls that survived as well.

Then it’s a out bandaging and replacing and cleaning the area as needed. I’m a big fan of the newer hydrocolloid bandages, even though you don’t heal faster it’s far more consistent and the whole surface being sticky and absorbing means it can hold more fluid and cover odd size wounds.
