Is November even the worst time to visit Finland? I’d assume January or February
January and February have snow and cold and sometimes sun.
November is just wet, dark and miserable.
Sounds similar to anything from Paris and above in Western Europe, just maybe a few less degrees.
Been to Helsinki in November and in April. November was magical

I went there once for some work and it was -16c. I was glad I’d bought the right coat and gloves. :)
Tickets were cheaper.
