    I had a recent train of thought like this not long ago when Talarico affirmed MAGA talking points about trans athletes in women’s sports.

    The number of trans athletes active in the US is about ten. The number of sports injuries involving trans athletes is less than that.

    Bit this raises a question about the safety of women’s sports, or all sports, for that matter. Injuries are ubiquitous in sports, all cis-on-cis, with exceptions fewer than a rounding error.

    And then that raises the concern of full-contact gridiron football, which is a TBI machine from varsity, through college, to professional. If we’re worried about sports injuries, do we stop caring when it might cut into billionaire profits?

    I’m still sore with Talarico about it, but I’m not in Texas.

    I think you would struggle to find a conservative that hates Muslim people because of what someone did in Orlando or hates gay people because they are pedophiles. They hate them because they were told to by right wing media, that’s it. Pretending there’s some logic behind it is pure fantasy.

    It’s hard to be a rapist, murderer, pillager, colonizer society and have a heart and humanity. It’s one or the other, basically, but being a monster (and influencing the cattle to become predators) can be very profitable!

        This isn’t an academic paper, congrats for meeting the letter of the definition while ignoring the spirit. You really should put the barest amount of effort into a joke of some kind, do you think we’re all here to read a paragraph of screed?     I actually hate muslims but that’s because I hate any and all religions, they’re the exact same piece of shit with a different branding. That doesn’t mean that I think all muslims are bad, but for sure only a 1% of muslims are good, just as only 1% of all religious people is actually good.

    Moral: Don’t put hating muslims in the same bag as being conservative. All of the conservatives hate muslims, but not everyone who hates muslims is a conservative.
