What kind of cheese is that? The yellow one looks like gouda.
Yellow is most likely cheddar, and white is either Monterey Jack or mozzarella, but doesn’t look flopsy enough to be mozzarella
I used to work at a cheese plant; mozarella ain’t that floppy when its a 40lb block fresh off the line. It also does not taste like much at that point; but it makes your teeth squeak.
That’s a fair point, I was thinking of the mozzarella in oil or other liquid which probably makes it less rigid
