      Yea… I’m not familiar with this source, and initial searching doesn’t give me confidence… Also, reading the article, it contradicts the headline…

      Garrison was firm about the limits of what he could conclude from video alone.       I think this is what they intend to be the “leak” that will “shock” us? Even though we’ve heard a bajillion similar stories at this point?
