      I could have eaten one as a fifteen year old girl but I attribute that to my parents heavy encouragement of sports and lack of body shanking compared to other families.

        Interesting hypothesis. I went down the rabbit hole on it but couldn’t find supporting evidence (not to discredit your anecdotal experience of course). Seems if anything slightly the opposite on average.         I don’t even know where I put all that food when I was that age. I could eat 5000 calories in a single day and not gain a pound.

        I want science to give me back my teenage metabolism.
