I hate that I have to clarify that I don’t like the new GoW because Ragnarok was bad, not because woman lead — all because of these low T creeps who are jealous of digital women having more facial hair than them.
Yeah, I didn’t really like the 2nd Horizon, not because they made Aloy less hot, but because the writing just wasn’t as good and progression basically mandates the stupid crafting hunts for hyper specific animals.
I didn’t mind that part of the sequel. The writing wasn’t as good though but my main issue weirdly was just that they give you a bunch more weapons and tools and no reason whatsoever to use most of them. Kinda fumbled with the design there, where in the first you needed every tool depending what you were facing off against.
