Maybe they hang around outside prinary schools for other reasons, you’re right.
They may have adopted, and thats even assuming they have guardianship over the kid, and they aren’t helping someone else. As much as I agree with what you said, I’m not even sure yet that its relevant to them.
If one asked that question of everyone that has had kids since this wasn’t new, it also wouldn’t be a thing, bc we wouldn’t be here.
