Solid 5. I actually have an app that asks me this every day and keeps track of my mood over time. Its range is 1 to 5 and last month I averaged a 2.9 which is 0.1 better than April. Slowly does it.

A 4, this weekend was as close to a 9 as one could get (no major milestone events, so not a 10), and today is just very blah. I normally try to keep my stress free days around 6, but I can’t kick away the feeling of how good this past weekend was

Weather is 70⁰ F, sun is setting, kids are done with school, everyone is healthy and happy, dogs are basking in the sunset. It’s a solid 9 evening here.
