i know that but he didn’t for some reason
this was a post before? this is my only account, so someone just had a similar situation
i’m from russia, so i do know it, but not as well as i used to since it’s been about 12 years.
what’s your native?
In Russian, we say «goes rain»
well, i dunno. he helps her. he says hi to her, goes places with her with her parents, and tutors her. he told me he views her as “the sister he never had” as an only child.
he is of normal maturity but he is also neurodivergent so he may view the relationship differently. (not in a rude way, but like, his brain works differently so he may find some commonalities with her and not see age as a problem as long as it isn’t romantic).
fair enough, he just helps her with schoolwork sometimes, idk if they are friends like two adults are though, he calls her a friend though
it’s not offending him afaik but i felt bad 🤷
это круто! я также говорю по-русски
i was 9. a year later, we moved to the u.s.
I have been speaking english for 13 years now and people say i’m fluent (though idk if my level is native yet even as a russian-american)
“first he died, now he dead!” love it
What language(s) does she speak? If it’s English, he’ll just have to learn it anyway eventually so what better motivation than to date someone who only speaks English. International relationships where the partners have different motherlanguages and different degrees of fluency in a shared language are not uncommon.
apparently, he just said she speaks russian but not fluent
I am just very confused where the two keep meeting with him being on call with the family all the time. Are you in Uni and he’s constantly on the phone during lectures or what?
i live in us, him in poland. he tells me he usually calls the woman in front of his parents
yeah! in Russia, it’s said as «что это значит?» or directly “what it means?”
i do not wish to be called my deadname (veronika is an online name and viktor is usually what i go by), so dominic should respect james regardless.
i will admit it’s hard to have empathy for the bully though if you were bullied, but i also struggle with empathy.
