    It suddenly occurred to me how difficult it would be to make a Dorito from scratch.

    Youd need to grow corn, and several kinds of chilies and spices. You’d need a source of milk and rennet, you’d need a source of quicklime to treat the corn so you could make tortillas. And a lot of oil to fry it all in
