I’m happy to share the clinics in Southern California I called so you can ask them yourself. I was told boosters are not free if you’re out of network, as I have insurance but they did not accept it.
Also, looks like the free initial vaccine program ends in 9 days, so your rude point is moot in a week in a half either way.
