I tried to make a joke about using the civil war as a false justification to shoot the neighbors you just don’t like…and the more I tried making it sound like a joke, the more unhinged it sounded. I eventually decided the joke was unsalvagable.
So just pretend I made a funny joke based on advocating for violence against your enemies!!! Wait…that still sounds unhinged…dammit!
I mean, ideally we avoid fascism BEFORE the point of civil war.
A large portion of the populace believes the civil war has already started and are behaving accordingly.
