Andrea Kimi Antonelli will not step up to Formula 1 immediately after the FIA changed its rules to allow drivers younger than 18 to compete.

All 10 F1 teams have confirmed unchanged driver line-ups for this weekend’s Spanish Grand Prix.

    I wounder howany races Sargent has left…his performance definelty has left much to he desired and crashes are costing Williams a lot…so if merc gives them a payment to pick Kimi they might not have a choice regardless. The probelm for Sargent is not just bad performance but also frequent crashes…

      If not Spain, maybe Austria? Would be mad throwing him into an F1 car during a sprint weekend though – Antonelli would get just 1 hour of practice.

      Inofficial word from Merc has been so far that they dont want Kimi at Williams. They want him to finish F2 this year and in their own car next year.

      It’s Williams who want Kimi themselves.
