I’ll bite: eugenics cannot be ethically forced. It must be a cultural and voluntary choice by those impacted to not contribute the identified negative genetic trait through procreateation.

Also people individually and voluntary making reproductive choices is not eugenics, as evidenced by how no one normal actually gives a shit if you are choosing to have children or not.
