This is a good idea, keep bringing bills like these, because if Democrats take control of Congtess, they can get this passed/incorporated into the budget in 2029 (or 2027 if Democrats properly leverage a government shutdown to force the President’s hand).
Things like this, and who brings it, and who supports it, show us who the Warriors are, and that’s who we need to support.
And we’ll also take note of the weak, cowardly corpo-establishment Democrats who didn’t get behind the right things, or worse, fought it, and strongly encourage primary candidates in the next election.

They could, but won’t. While there are a few great Democrats such as Omar in Congress, the party leadership is still very much pro cop and pro ICE.
At best, they’ll give them more money “for training” like they do when regular cops murder people.
I can’t think of a better use for this budget than millions going to the family’s who have been tortured.
And then leaving them bankrupt so everyone but the accountants at ICE are laid off.
