That’s honestly an awful comparison. Wild predators don’t consume more than the environment can sustain, domestic cats represent either an artificial demand for farmed meat, which is bad for the environment, or they hunt themselves which is awful for the environment as well as they’re an invasive species everywhere and already the cause of dozens of extinctions.
I get that there’s a difference with farmed meat and all, but you may as well argue natural wild predators are bad for the environment
The difference between farmed and wild meat is crucial so no I may not as well argue that.
Leaving cats to find their own game instead of feeding them farmed meat is significantly worse for the local population (of birds in particular)
