I wasn’t annoyed by them before, but I definitely found myself VERY appreciative of wheelchair accessible automatic doors when I broke my foot last year. I was on crutches, but still.
It was a weird new experience for me, being forced to not do something. Not because someone was stopping me, but because I physically couldn’t do it. Simple stuff , like taking the trash with the stairs. Weird.
