I’m like four beers deep and only understood half of what you said there.

With my job I’ve never felt the need to go to the gym.
Yeah in my youth that was the case, but with great responsibility comes high anxiety and many zoom calls.
I usually can get away with just yardwork surfing, biking and hiking, but its just more time effecient to go to the gym and knock it out.
I’m far past my youth but life in Alaska is heavy.
