      Is it any more ‘lazy’ than this person jumping straight to Obama as the responsible 'party 'when the ACA is mentioned?

        For better or worse it was his flagship legislation.

        I don’t really care though, it isn’t a laziness competition.

          Here’s a refresher for you on which branch does what. (Hint: the President is the Executive branch, and Congress is the Legislative branch).

          And here’s more about the ACA, including who introduced it to Congress…I’ll give you a hint, it wasn’t Obama.

          No competition, I was asking what the difference between the two were. You seemed to have no problem stating your opinion when the question was directed at someone else, so I wanted to give you a platform to continue with your thoughts, feelings, and opinions on that subject to expand the discussion.
