This was pre-ai, but it was a mystery why someone had photoshopped parts of it just to re-post it.
I did an image search and grabbed whatever I found online that looked uncensored

I’m pretty sure the image was enhanced by AI though. You can see the shapes in the background, beyond the OP’s image, don’t make any sense.
Yeah, there’s a lot of noise added in the background.

As the pyramids don’t tend to move, could the pictures have been taken at different moments? Occam’s razor and all that
