I’ve always spelt it “geez”. Hmm.
Yes. In the same way you spell GIF.
Well when it comes to sexual intercourse we say Jeez instead.
I’ve seen both, but then I’m an old geez-er.
But, seriously - since it’s usually used by religious types to stand in for saying “Jesus” because they’re afraid of “using the Lord’s name in vain” (a frequently misinterpreted concept), “Jeez” does make more sense.
