Extremely. No leverage at all with a shaft that short. Might as well have rounded punch knives.
The hammer on the reverse is also just for show, because the finger guard prevents you from flipping your grip.
And because the blades are round, having all that weight at the extreme edge is going to make it really hard to chop through anything.
