    That’s part of the beauty of his plan: the taxes aren’t predicated on them LIVING in NYC, but rather on them DOING BUSINESS there.

    That way, not only can’t they escape their responsibilities by relocating (a favorite pastime of billionaires), but all OTHER billionaires who want to do business in one of the financial nexuses of the world (which is very nearly all of them worldwide) have to pay closer to their fair share too!

      Look I already said he’s a 10 you don’t need to sell me on it 🤣

      Man I’m really hoping we see some cool things come out of this. I’m not holding my breath but I am hoping for it.

        I think it’s good that people talk about it.

        Trump had a “Project 2025” playbook developed and ready before he took office, so he immediately knew what to do, on “day one”. That gave him a huge speed advantage.

        I think the left should do the same thing. Write detailed policy explanations before taking office. This way, we can act faster and gain speed.

        That is why it makes sense to discuss the policies before he’s even in office.
