Yeah, I remember seeing that Amazon was putting small percentage off items to make sure they dropped below free shipping charges as well. Basically if it was going to cost them $5 to ship it, and it was only $3 over, they’d give you $3.01 off in a sale to get it under.

Honestly a pair of laces to kick the price up, that’s what we used to do in this situation. But now they don’t list laces online.

The Converse website isn’t as scummy as Journeys, I’ll verify the size tomorrow and order from them. They also have 15% of your first order. With rainbow laces it comes to $72 before tax.
It should be $68, $72 may actually be after tax. Not 100% sure.
