I would love to see a 10 billion dollar price tag be marked for every life lost do to a practice a company was required to perform, then was allowed to stop because an administration rolls back regulations. Just because a regulation was rolled back doesn’t mean there wasn’t a known threat to someone’s life. Executives should all receive pre-meditated murder convictions because they were already told it was a danger to the population, and the fines be paid directly to the family’s with no ability to declare bankruptcy to default on it. If a new company is started by any of the people involved the unpaid costs should transfer indefinitely ensuring they cannot own anything until they pay off the 10 billion.
We need a corporate death penalty. If your company murders people it should be dismantled and sold off.
