Yeah this source is almost certainly a middle eastern state’s propaganda channel likely Saudi Arabia or Qatar.
The fact is we have no idea who owns Middle East Eye and that is critical in determining what bias they do have.
Also that you think that it is likely Saudi Arabia or Qatar shows that you neither now much about the politics in the region, nor do you know much about the topics covered by MEE.
It is like claiming some channel would be either propaganda from Taiwan or China, or either Russia or Ukraine…

The fact that KSA and Qatar are not aligned is entirely irrelevant as to where the money came from as I never suggested it was a joint venture.
