Nothing in this article or anywhere else presents any actual evidence that the Chinese government ever had direct access to US user data, and the claims presented here all predate the transition to Oracle servers, which were conducted in cooperation with the US government specifically to ensure that US user data wouldn’t be available to the Chinese government.
