Nah it’s a massive military complex with a very large bunker much larger than the pentagon that China tried to very quietly build in only 9 months. They’ve been building up their military for years, preparing for something. Maybe just a conflict with India and some additional landgrabs like they’ve been doing, or maybe a much larger conflict.
I see other nations spend a lot, but I don’t see the USA’s new pentagon 10x as big with an added nuclear bunker the size of a small city. This is far from their only recent buildup, either. China isn’t preparing for an unlikely future, it’s certain something is coming.
