I really wonder what a lawyer would think about this.

I did a quick check on the MA laws around it and it says that you need to obtain consent from all parties on the call. It would be interesting if the company tries to argue that it’s AI would count.

From a legal perspective, recording a call like that may just count as recording yourself.
