They’re trying to do 2 things; Massively encourage filming outside of California, particularly in Texas and georgia, and soon, Florida. They want to build Alcatraz right in the sf bay as a symbol of imperial power, proof that they can act without impunity. They want to destroy the Californian economy as hard as they can, they see California as a worse threat than foreign powers. California gets more money from outside the US than any other state, that’s their target, at any cost.
No they don’t.
They’re trying to do 2 things;
