Make life in general affordable again and people will have kids, its too bad you’re fascist though. That also stops people from having kids.
Also make life worth living again. (which the republican party can’t do…) Most Americans are miserable and overworked, with a bleak outlook on the future, why would someone willingly choose to bring a child into this country?
