Is it illegal in the USA to ship crates of cheap bourbon to the Defense Secretary?
The laws which sprang up after the 21st amendment make shipping alcohol subject to fairly complicated regulations. The rules likely depend on both where in the US you live and where you ship them to (eg: his office in DC, or some suburb where he lives)
Gift cards and escorts. Do they have Spec’s or twin peaks in DC?
If you ever stay in a DC hotel, the glossy magazines in the room have escorts ads. I do not claim to know which intelligence service places the ads.
