He made his “I could stand in the middle of Fifth Avenue and shoot somebody and I wouldn’t lose any voters” comment on January 23, 2016. That was back when he… needed… votes. What you’re saying is old news. He cannot legally run again. He no longer need votes. As a simple statement of fact.
We’re only 3 months in. He’s not a lame duck 2nd term guy, he’s operating like he never needs another vote again.
