Sometimes I wish I lived in a time when one could just declare themself a “scientist” and then work in whatever field fluttered their ruffle that year.
That is this time, right now.
Call yourself a scientist. Act like one. It is a terrible way to make money, but I will live the rest of my life on the war stories alone.
This is how life should be.
