I don’t watch mainstream media or TV for that matter, so pardon me for not knowing about this shit. Like, how many people actually complained about this shit for real though?

I thought this was about black football players, or black athletes.

You still haven’t convinced me that this is real. Oh noooo some twitter twat posted something racist.

You can probably find anything you want from cherry picking twitter posts.

I hang out in the real world, with real people, and not a one of them has ever said anything remotely of the sort; despite tons of them talking about the super bowl recently.

You didn’t answer the question – how…many…people…actually complained? Like 10? On Twitter?

What do you want me to do, find every Twitter post and do a quantitative analysis? If you want to know what the Internet is saying, just go listen.

Yeah, yeah, yeah, keep moving those goalposts. I’m not playing your stupid games.

Goalposts haven’t moved. They’re still solidly at “prove this actually happened”. 4 twitter posts is not “The right wing was angry at black people being in the super bowl!”

We gotta break … I dunno … 1% of people talking about the superbowl complaining about black people and/or DEI for this to be considered an event that happened for me.

The bar is EXTRAORDINARILY low for this.

Not our obligation, and I don’t think anyone’s interested in convincing someone who doesn’t seem to be acting in good faith.

That’s because Tv is now designed for outrage, and none of it is truthful. Didn’t your parents ever teach you to not believe everything told to you?

The thing is - when shit like this is truthful, it starts to get talked about in larger and larger circles. If I haven’t heard about it, it’s likely because it’s some tiny community, and some news network is using it as rage-bait.

It’s being blasted all over social media. I only open Facebook to use Marketplace, but even just briefly opening it today my feed was filled with tantrums about the halftime show.

You literally stormed in here to start raging… About something you later admit you have zero knowledge of.

Just like that “tiny community” that owns a large portion of our media and control all 3 branches of gov…
