I like the “mirror pond clear” one right around ~5:30pm. The lighting reminds me of when I would go hang out in an empty lot near my house as a kid after school

just like r/chapotraphouse and r/genzedong that sub was kinda like baby’s first leftist space so there were a lot of people on there who were maybe a little too excited to celebrate yesterday’s events (honestly some of it seemed like borderline fedposting). I knew it was a matter of time until the sub got banned.

libs will look at pictures of the DPRK with its clean streets, people riding bicycles, no ugly ads plastered all over, etc. and think “this is hell”

It’s really telling that when faced with any information that runs counter to the classic China Bad narrative, libs immediately resort to “this person must have been paid to say this.” Their brains have been steeped in capitalism for so long they can’t imagine someone praising e.g. China’s poverty alleviation programs without some kind of financial incentive. And then, like clockwork, even this post has an “aUtHoRiTaRiAn ReGiMe” comment. These people would rather plug their ears and yell “LA LA LA CAN’T HEAR YOU” than approach China with an open mind. Shameful
