  • That’s not the state department saying there was not massacre, it’s an account provided by a Chilean diplomat.

Read the rest of it, especially the part where “this account aligns with our current understanding.”

They don’t deny that a massacre occurred, they just say it didn’t take place directly in the square

They actually do. The “massacre” narrative is that “big bad even Chinaman gunned down innocent children for no reason other than their undying love of democracy!@!@3!!”

Their account is that soldiers were being brought into the red cross with gun shot wounds.

This destroys the narrative you people are paid to paint.

Are you aware that videos are made up of many images shown in sequence to give the illusion of motion?

That’s not the claim made by the propagandaist Jeff whatever the fuck. He claims he took a photograph, and was given awards based on his photograph.

Not only did he not take a photograph, he obtained a still image from a video someone else took of a man attempting to prevent the tanks from leaving the square after the police had resolved the situation; and then spun that as “tank threatens man” or sometimes “brave man stands against tank entering square” when it was the exact opposite situation.

  • You can, sure. but then you have a new file that is entirely distinct from the original model (as far as computer hashing is concerned). So you have to do several steps to legally comply with this:

    1. Receive gcode file

    2. use costly ai to convert the gcode to a 3d model.

    3. use costly ai to try to figure out what the 3d model is.

    4. do all of this either via a remote connection, or on a processor weaker than the median game console from the 1990s.

    5. repeat for every single attempted print, which can be several dozen per completed product depending on how annoying the calibration was that day

So if you’re a 3d printing business you now have to have your own data center basically dedicated to the tens of millions of potential prints you’re going to receive, because it’s near impossible to fingerprint g-code as it’s dynamically generated from each different CAD software differently based on thousands of settings.

Essentially any 3d printer manufacturer is going to just say “not for use in california” instead of paying hundreds of millions of dollars a year to try to comply with this.

  • The middle class doesn’t really exist in any meaningful way in the latest capitalist era. It originally meant the link between peasantry and Nobles in the late feudal period when the more aptly named Merchant class starting rising. This distinction was important at the time because unlike peasants the merchant class could generally own land and lived in relative luxury, but unlike nobles they couldn’t exercise any legal or military authority directly.

The “modern” term started with a random fuckass UK statistician that had that same mindset, but called nobles and the incredibly wealthy “upper class” where as pretty much all business owners and managers were middle class because they controlled large amounts of ‘human capital’ just without any real legal or military authority.

But really it’s all bourgeoisie, Either you work or you don’t. You produce or aid in the production of something, or you’re a ‘manager’ or ‘owner.’ There is no effective middle class in modern societies, because even if you do own a small business, the gap between you and the lowest paid worker in your society is minuscule compared to the gap between you and the real bourgeoisie; so you’re either bourgeoisie or a class traitor if you consider yourself middle class.

That all is to justify: We should be focusing on eliminating the “middle class,” by total expansion of the working class to the standards of said middle class. The government should be empowering the poorest members of its society, its foundation, instead of worrying about a mythical and nonexistent middle class or showering the top with infinite money.

  • No, you have an incredibly, ridiculously privileged rich-person life style that cannot apply to the vast majority of people. I don’t know why you think medical bankruptcy is the number one form of bankruptcy in the country and why over half of homeless people are disabled, but it’s not because most people can magically finance themselves out of the crippling reality of the economy.

  • USAID killed more brown kids in third world countries than most US programs. It was built by the CIA to destabilize countries and foment dissidence towards unfriendly governments (that usually aren’t able to provide for their citizens because of US sanctions anyway). Let’s not pretend it is bad for the world that this is gone; it is just amazing there are no longer any intelligent republicans that understand US foreign policy and allowed it to go away.

Both sides aren’t as similar anymore, as in Republicans literally stopped paying attention to the intelligence community and what they do to project US military imperialist power across the world and accidentally are helping the rest of the world break free from US imperialism; but ‘both sides’ want the exact same thing, ones just no longer intelligent enough to hide it behind doublespeak.

Seriously pretending USAID was a good thing is like pretending the NED promotes democracy or the US has ever been the victim in any conflict.
