I am honored 😭

Honestly it’s just the tech job experience.

Sadly that is AI of the present. A few of the leaders have already mentioned and have implemented “suggested results” in their responses, and surveillance is well… I assume we all know that was baked in from the start.

It works on Firefox developer just fine but then again I do not have an account just tested on a random page that was not account locked
At this point I’ll settle for that as long as it works with graphene, and more reliably than android auto. Even on my non graphene pixel android auto is less reliable than github.

Oh yeah new place is great! You’ve hit the nail on the head with your guesses it’s a combo of these tbh. The one thing about that old house is it was wrecked two years later by a hurricane. Was completely under water and torn apart. So the rich def ate themselves there. Even more so because three insurance company didn’t pay them out.

Beach side Tampa FL. Was pretty crappy. Craziest part was that was with the employee discount of the rental company too.
When I moved to the house it was worth 325k which was about 20k more than the immediate house next to mine was worth and was sold for in 2018. Post covid that same home sold for $50k over aksing value in cash within a day of listing at just under 1.5 million. Many people moved that year after selling.
The market isn’t quite so insane anymore but still wildly expensive sitting at those values when I moved. No one is buying at those rates anymore but no one is willing to budge on selling price either.

The tale of one rental
2016 - $800
2017 - $875
2018 - $900
2019 - $1100
2020 - $1100
2021 - $4800, and I left that city and moved to another one to halve my rent to $2400 in a one bedroom.

But I thought they were the party of small government and states having power?
Its pretty abysmal in the way of hardware security, and software. The gOS team did a deep dive on alternative devices to the pixel. Only device even close to the pixel was Samsung, but well… Samsung hates their consumers it seems and refuses to open their devices.

Think they are trying to break the artificial “ecosystem” first. There are arguments against the store thing that I personally do not agree with but it is what it is.

Not disagreeing with OPs headline, but vegetables particularly leafy things are very prone to similar. Even if indirectly through fertilizers of something. In the last few weeks here in the US there was a pretty major recall for a similar bacteria. Seems to be one annuallt, but I’ll often go longer periods before I head about similar from meat. IMO the issue isn’t the product, but the process. We are so hyper focused on profits that shortcuts and risks are taken to increase bottom dollar. These often result in what we have been seeing here.

Their keyboards that are open source firmware were so I would imagine

Depending on what you value and expect from a “more” private device than the main hardware brands and their software these are not particularly secure physically, and to some extent via software. It’s somewhere between pixel flavor of Android and grapheneos. Steps in the right direction. I will be watching for future versions especially as they come to be viable in the US.
Little reading on what I’m referring without a deep (and albeit opinionated) dive by the graphene team on the hardware, and similar but done by other teams for sailfish specifically.

They might care when Windows is their cash cow again. Even enterprise windows is a drop in the bucket now.

Ubuntu touch has half a foot in the grave, but keeps getting revived. Fortunately Ubuntu proper works well depending on the flavor you chose regarding your desktop manager. Same for most flavors of Linux. Mint isn’t qw critical as it used to be. We are at a phase where I would say most Linux OS are beginner friendly.
Or if like my family they DID make enough money but they used it in addition to starving me at home when being punished for who the hell knows what. So I got a job and paid for that lunch. It was the only meal I would eat many days. Summers were not good.
