8·1 day agoI thought this was already being done almost from the onset of the current U.S. regime?
People aren’t going back and forth on this decision. It’s definitely something that needs to be done and they need to stick to it. Build up your own infrastructure before it’s too late.

9·2 days agoDoesn’t matter what anyone says at this point. A lot of the damage is done.
Anyone regardless of generation who voted for him might be sorrowful now but they haven’t changed. They’d absolutely vote for Trump again.
Surprised no one posted the Pokemon Twitter hack that happened yesterday.
They don’t see that. Rather they see FDR as this populist and aggressive manly man who didn’t take no for an answer, particularly in respect towards how he proceeded to take a third term in office.

Accurate.
I don’t understand how there are so many Christians these days. It feels like it’s has a resurgence recently.

Just on the off chance that north america could become like the aforementioned countries.

Privacy@lemmy.ml•What's something people should buy today instead of tomorrow?
0·4 days agoSo what does work in those countries?

Well yes but there obviously needs to be more aggressive pushback involving real consequences when even simple talk of pushing these boundaries begins.
Appeasement and gentle refusals tend to only invite more aggressive militant responses.
