Often animals in captivity become unfit to survive on their own if released into the wild. This may be one of those cases. If it is then you would effectively be euthanizing 40 animals.

At this point, what is the point of the EPA. I realize the goal was to cripple the EPA so much that common people ask that exact question. Hopefully, something can be done to reverse course so you know, rivers don’t catch on fire again due to pollution.
