The reason nothing works is because to negotiate with someone you have to have something they want. Israel doesnt want anything, and won’t negotiate.

Normally when diplomacy fails to this degree, violence is the only remaining solution, but then the western nations supporting israel, help them fight off any attack and then punish any nation who dared to try.

So even the last step of violence fails. The west needs to fuck off from Israel and let them fight their own wars. They wouldnt swing their dick around the way they do without America’s wallet in their pocket. That’s fuck you kind of money.

I had another idea, if we reduced meat production we would get back land, could use that to make more houses. Sort of short term I guess. Or maybe its easier to plan a walkable city if you are starting with a blank slate.

25k is for first time home buyers, not everyone. You can’t have separate prices for first time buyers and the rest of the public, and a seller won’t know how you are financed until after the house is listed anyways.

The only way a house cartel can form like this is for those that own the homes. The builders don’t own the homes, corporations do. Those corporations collude and price fix to create a cartel. Focus on that.

Thats currently already done with jail. The main problem is homeless people don’t pay their jail bills. In my state 15 years ago it was 30$ per day you had to pay to be incarcerated in jail, not prison.

The uncommitted/third party vote is what caused biden to drop out of the race. It could also very well cost the democrats the election.

Maybe assuming you are the only one with reason in a conversation is the problem. You don’t have to agree with someone to understand their point of view or reasoning.

To be fair your solution has to be among the top for most deaths, at least in the short term. And you can only justify it by precluding any long term solution thats less violent. I just don’t agree with the assumption everything less violent has been tried and failed. Its a lack of creativity maybe, or you’ve lost faith that most people have positive motivations.
